My heating pad has switched off automatically - what should I do?

The heating pad is equipped with an automatic switch-off function after approx. 90 minutes. To restart the heating pad, set the slide switch to level 0 and switch it on again after approx. 5 seconds.

How quickly does the heating pad get warm?

You will achieve the fastest heating if you first set the highest temperature level and switch back later if necessary. The heating pad has a rapid heating function that heats up quickly within the first 10 minutes.

Why is my heating pad not getting really warm?

If you only touch the cushion briefly, it sometimes only feels lukewarm. However, as soon as there is prolonged body contact, the heating pad releases the heat directly to your body and you can enjoy the warmth. Start with the highest setting.
