I was skeptical about methylene blue at first, but after reading enough reviews, I figured they couldn’t all be wrong. I ordered a bottle and started taking it every morning. About four days in, I went on my usual morning walk/run—running only happens when my knee allows it. I had meniscus surgery years ago, and it’s never been 100%. To my surprise, I ran without pain. That alone sold me. I’m genuinely impressed with the results, and this definitely isn’t snake oil in a bottle—it works.

Not sure how this works tbh. I do know the glass bottle is a bad idea. PSA- methylene blue stains. The taste was eh. I think I started to notice a difference. I did feel like something in it dried my mouth out & made me drink more. Won’t be ordering this again. People have the right idea with the caplets or gummies. I ordered this so I could control how much I’m getting but shoot. I’m blue!

I started slow, moving up in dosage. Cognitively I feel more alert and sharper. This gives me an overall positive feeling throughout the day and a lot more energy. Only negative thing I can say is the dropper broke after about a week. I’m not sure how, the bottle wasn’t dropped or handled incorrectly. I do shake the bottle before taking it, it’s possible that the dropper already had a crack and shaking it broke it off. Will consider purchasing again.

If you’re looking for a bit of a mental boost, try this! It works for me! I’m not one of those people who thinks that what works for one person is going to work for everyone. A lot of products don’t help me, but this one definitely does. And believe me… I’ve tried a lot of stuff to get out of this mental rut. The only thing that’s goofy about it is that you will pee blue for a little while after you take it. Then it turns kind of a green and then finally… yellow again until you take it again the next day. Haha!! I take it as prescribed, and I have not experienced any bad side effects at all.
