Cute but not the best!!!
I bought this bag and within one month the main zip was off. A bag like this shouldn't have a crappy plastic zip. Due to all the shutdowns in Covid I forgot to contact the seller but now I'm having to look for a new bag when school is ready to reopen.

I wanted this for myself for work to carry my lunch /snacks after having a knee surgery,, but it is so girly for my age. I decided to give it to my great granddaughter; shell love it for sure.

Poorly made
The backpack is not well made. My daughter has gotten 3 total months of use with this backpack and it is falling apart. There are holes in the pockets and the stitching at the top zipper is coming apart. Even the clips that hold the wheels on are fraying and coming apart. I’m extremely dissatisfied with this product.
