this bowl can be used to rinse fruit and veggies but also for storing fruit in the fridge. I frequently use the bowl for combining ingredients. I have the biggest one and the smallest. Love them!!!!!!

The color of white is misleading. The color is off white or cream. If you want pure white, do not buy this color.

The small size is very convenient for me, and the set of bowl and colander is quite versatile. The spout is handy. So this set is in frequent use in my kitchen. It's not a big problem, but something about the size and placement of the holes makes drainage a bit slower than I'd prefer, for things I don't want to stand in water at all. Also, the finish is fully matte, where a smooth, slippery finish would work better and be less liable to staining in my opinion. These are the reasons for 4 stars instead of 5. Overall, though, I'm pleased I bought this set.

Love this set. It's a great size, and I love that I can save water for my plants instead of tipping it down the drain!
