Review: I naturally have a green thumb and admittedly don't tend to fertilize my plants often, if ever. Maybe I'm a bad plant mom but my green babies still seem to be happy. I decided to give my orchids a little treat though. They naturally bloom in my New York City shower, with an east-facing window, and since I started sporadically using this fertilizer they're going nuts! Mind you, I’m writing this in February, so the weather is not on my side. Non-stop blooms, pictured. (Forgive the gross window sill.) This is easy to use and it's clearly working. Worth the money and I love that you don't need to mix anything - just spray it on! Review: I was gifted a white orchid plant over two years ago. The blooms lasted for months, but the plant never bloomed after that. I was totally bored with the plant and wanted to discard it, but it always got a reprieve whenever the limp leaves perked up after a feeding of weak coffee water. Last month a 1" bloom stalk finally appeared, so on a whim I included this orchid food spray in an order. I followed the application directions and here it is, less than a month later and not only are the leaves firm and deep green, but the flower stalk is 12" high with tiny buds on it AND, a second stalk has started! I can hardly believe the amazing result in such a short period of time ~ and the product is still within the "return" period (but it's a keeper). The only negative for me is the smell of the solution (yuck!), so I stand back and mist the plant quickly. Oh, and the spray could be narrower to govern its direction better.

"OMG, what died and why was it not buried two weeks ago?" or "Can it really be five days since I last bathed?" are two of the things you might be thinking moments after you spray your houseplants with this organic orchid mist. Once your conscious mind reassures your more subliminal spirits "Calm down, it's just the organic orchid food" you can calmly move to another room until the smell of rotted fish subsisdes. If one reaches a point where one is not bothered by the smell, one could probably find it most reassuring: it signals that this spray is rich in sulfurous and nitrogenous organic materials that are essential to plant health. I use this on my own orchids, monstera, ginger, and other indoor potted plants. Even though I may be among the world's most neglectful of gardeners, the plants seem to thrive. The spray cone is very wide; a little too wide in my opinion. I find I need to hold the nozzle less than three inches from the surface - even in the case of large leaves. This forces me to pay more attention to the plant than I really want; but it is probably perfect for those who want to feel an intimate closeness to the flora they painstakingly cultivate in their homes. The sprayer produces a fine mist which is optimal for sticking to leaves, especially ones that cause water to bead and roll off.

This organic spray works wonders with my orchids! Some of my orchids looked like they needed some support and this has really turned them around back into healthy thriving plants, I'm thrilled! I usually use it once a week, spray it at the base. So easy!
