After 2 weeks of 20 minute x 2 treatments on just one infected foot i can report no noticable change to my fungus infection. Like Kevin says it was uncomfortable and hurt my big toe, but i have unclipped the bottom panel and leave it sitting loosly on top. This must be the adjustable bit they mentioned. I shall continue for a few weeks more and adjust this review accordingly, but its looking doubtfull.Update: After 2 months of Treatment i can safely say that this device is totally useless. I still have Fungus on my toe-nails and it looks as bad as it always did.Reduced to 1 star. If there was a Zero star option i would use it.

Good nail cleaner and seems to work.

This has been faulty since I bought it. The charger doesn't charge it and even when it appears charged, it stops working within 10 seconds if switching on. I have struggled thinking I was doing something wrong and now am to late to get a refund. Not impressed

Much better than the single toe item I’ve used in the past. Still no idea how well it works for toenail fungus but will keep persevering.

Works ok when plugged in BUT the claimed battery life of 5 hours per charge is laughable. It won't even hold the charge for 2 ten minute cycles, and if it's unplugged and not used within a couple of hours, it's dead before it's even been turned on.It gets one star for the ten minute setting, which seems to be missing in a lot of the other models. Otherwise, I'd buy a different one.

Not worth the money.

I cannot yet comment on how effective this is as treatment as I am only in my third day of use. I shall return to this review when I know. I'm using it on the 10 minute setting for each foot twice a day. The toes do get a little warm which I'm hoping does indicate that something is happening! If it proves to be effective, I will increase the star rating by one star from 3 to 4. We shall see.What I can report, though, is that the top edge of the cavity where you insert your toes is very sharp and is in contact with the big toe throughout making it bearable but pretty uncomfortable during use.

This is terrible. I charge it for hours and the charge lasts about 2 seconds. Waste of money ....
