Helps with face pain.
I Get terrible headaches and face pain. This really helps , usually use a wheat bag but this stays in place much better .

Doesn't really heat much was a waste of money in my opinion, 3 heat options and the highest heat setting is barely noticeable doss nothing for my sinusitis.
