excellent product
Excellent present for young girls. This item came in an attractive package and instructions for use were very clear. My daughter has great fun playing with it and the fact that she can control it with a password gives her great control

Happy with journal
Brought for my daughter, 8 years old. She loved it. Was a bit tricky with the voice activated password but ok when she then realised she could open it even if she didn't get the password correct!

Daughter's favourite toy
She's 9 and loves having secret hide away places. This has a little drawer inside which is also voice activated (like the diary) and she squirrels away her secret treasures in there. She plays with it regularly unlike alot of the other toys that get left on the shelf and I should hope so as the price tag is significant! The only thing she doesn't like is the music that plays each time it's opened and she says she wishes she could turn the volume down/off!

Electronic Journal Diary
Our grand daughter was excited to receive this present. She and everyone else in the house ended up frustrated by how precisely she had to say the chosen password before the diary would open!

Nice book
Hey this is for my six year old granddaughters Xmas present, she asked for it after seeing advert. Its a large item well made and seems to be exactly what little girls will love. In fact I would enjoy playing with it as well lol. I will update more after she gets it and we see it working. Other shops sell it for 30 quid so it's a good price 23.99.Update after Xmas 2012 .........Well as predicted granddaughter aged 6 loved it.. She played with it and we set the password this is where it let itself down. It wouldn't accept the password and then wouldn't accept her voice. IT HAS TO BE SAID BY THE PERSON OWNING THE DIARY not anyone else according to the instructions. However it didn't respond to her and kept saying password not recognised.Drove us mad had to keep re setting the book. That said as she's only 6 she really liked the book and as I've said before its very robust and just the princessy type pink bling a little girl loves. So dissappointed with the inner workings needs some revision on the voice activator but concept was good, but as a book she still uses it and keeps it hidden under her bed lol. But does not bother setting the password because it doesnt perform that task. The price for the errors is far to expensive and should have cost ten pounds maximum as far as I'm concerned. But for the play factor she loved it.SO KIDS UP AND ADULTS PRICE WISE ETC DOWN ....

Not Very Good
Bought as a xmas present, the electronic voice did not work correctly, so it had to be used manually, found this very bad considering the price.

It actually works
My daughter loves these secret diary types of gifts although others have either ceased to work after 5 minutes of play, or the voice recognition it totally pants.Ali hasn't put the diary down and is happy that her nosey little brother cannot break into her secrets.

not very impressed
not really worth a purchase, it is quite expensive for what it is and an old fashioned diary would be much more effective. The idea is good but not really up to the job
