You get what you pay for and these are very cheap items. They serve me well for what I use them for and that’s bushcrafting and the work I do with them doesn’t have to be clean, clear or absolutely accurate. If your buying these to do lathe work you’ll be disappointed, if you buy them to do home DIY projects you’ll be disappointed, they could possibly be used by complete beginners wanting to just get used to working with hand tools. The blades have just been thrown together, the edges have been shown to a very corse wheel or belt, roughly shaped then boxed up, the edges are jagged with huge ridges, you’d need to do a lot of work on these to tidy them up. They do what I need as what I need isn’t the norm for these and my accuracy and clean finish isn’t required, I’ve used them to make a number of joints, saw horse fittings, make pegs to fill auger holes and they’ve done the trick, this has been done on dead woodland materials. The file that comes with it is very handy while in the forest and makes short work of materials. It says in the details this comes with a wet stone, I’ve certainly not found one in the pack. I’ve given it very low ratings simply because it would be no good for what it’s advertised for, not how suited it is for my use.

Handles are poor quality wood, some are split. Chisels are made from cheap metal, not tool steel, and not even sharp. Total waste of money. Thank goodness for consumer online ordering protection in the UK, and Amazon's easy return process.
