We have a 10” Redchef sauté pan of the same green color and really liked it. It’s held up well after over a year of constant use. We purchased this pan for larger meal prep dishes. The green color is almost a teal color which I really like. It is good non-stick if you add a little butter or oil. You have to be careful because it will scratch so we use wood or silicone utensils. We have a gas range and it heats up evenly and is easy to cleanup. Handles stay cool to the touch and it can go into the oven. The deep sides make it versatile for frying, sautéing, stir fry’s and other bigger meals. I can make spaghetti sauce in it and put 1 pound of cooked pasta in it. So it can hold a lot!

I love this pan! I followed the directions to season it before use so you don’t need to add oil or butter to anything you cook, if you choose, because it is incredibly nonstick. Cleans up nicely. I like that the lid has a steam vent. I am replacing my Calphalon nonstick pans with these because the ceramic pans do not have the same dangerous chemicals as traditional nonstick. I also use a lot of cast iron, but with arthritis in my hands it’s becoming harder to lift those pans. The Redchef sauté pan is lightweight and gets the job done!

I’m making a yummy mashed potatoes for the first time in this pan , the handle is little heavy for me but overall I like it 👍 size is big enough, none stick 👍I’m happy with my purchase, highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is a fantastic pan! Love the design of the domed lid with vent hole and side grab handle for when you have a heavy dish. Unfortunately I thought the blue color was a bit too country-blue for my kitchen, and the inside ceramic color was too tan (appears lighter in picture). I have kept this pan because the design is perfect and it is a great quality ceramic, but for the set, I returned them and ended up buying another high end brand that had stainless on the outside. I wish they would make these in more color options, I would have stuck with them as they are superior in design, and quality is above others in this price point.

It heats evenly and the non-stick is easy to clean. This is the first ceramic pot I've had and I'm never going back. I'm probably going to buy the whole kitchen collection when I see a good sale. I got this because I have a pet conure bird and non-stick Teflon can kill them. I still won't have her in the same room but I hope it's safer. I wasn't ready to commit to the price for everything when I hadn't used any ceramicns except a flatiron for my hair. This is easier to clean than Teflon, and it doesn't flake if you scratch it like Teflon. I think this may be the last saute pan I'll buy because it seems like it will last the rest of my life. I'll be buying these as housewarming gifts for people so they can have at least one nice pan when starting out in life.
