While I like the cups, they really only hold 10 ounces comfortably and 11 filled to the brim. I have contacted the company but they stand fast that they hold 12 ounces or more. Maybe what they are checking do, but what I received do not. They stated they would check into it further but keep sending me emails saying if I am not happy to please let them know. Did that with no real explanation. I even sent pictures. I can't recommend the product I received unless you don't mine them not holding 12 ounces. On the positive side, they are a very sturdy cup and a great alternative to plastic. Update 10/10/18: The company reached out to me and offered to send me a set of 5 cups that were larger to compensate for the discrepancy in size. They stood behind their product and I respect that. While I do believe they have a 12 oz cup, for some reason mine were not. I have read reviews that said theirs were 12 oz. They are a company that cares about their customer's satisfaction and offer a great solution to using plastic. For these reason I changed my rating to 5 stars.

I got these for my great granddaughter. I didn’t want to give her plastic cups to drink out of or glass if she is only three she really enjoys them and having that gripper on the exterior shirt as Help.

I like the cups, but 1 of the 5 appears to be unfinished on the inside. The rest are smooth and will be easy to clean, but one is very rough with scratches or groved that go all the way around the inside. It seems like it needed to have a final round of sanding and polishing, but was missed. I cannot figure out who to contact about replacing the defective cup. I can only find an option to return the whole thing.

These are the perfect size for little hands. I have a 2 year old and a 8 year old who use them all the Time. I love that they come with the colored bands, which are great for keeping track of whose drink is whose—-but also keeps your hand temp neutral when you drink something cold or hot.

Trying to get away from plastics, I upgraded my kids to these a few months ago. They have held up GREAT. I like that they won't break like glass, and the rubber around has held up through a LOT of abuse (from my 7 and 3.5 yo kiddos), and they go through the dishwasher easily too. I will say they have a hard time DRYING in the dishwasher, but no big deal. They don't stack the best, but I don't stack them anyway, so it's not a concern for me. They are small (as in they are definitely the size listed) but PERFECT for little hands!

Used these cups for my kids (first cup post sippy cup) for 8 months now and there and pros and cons. Pros: sturdy, don’t break. Cons: the lip of the cup stealthily draws liquid, can be annoying for several reasons- after kids drink sometimes the liquid under the lip will pool and drip to the bottom of the cup, end up with a ring of milk on the table; after washing in dishwasher there’s always liquid dripping from the lip after tilting the cup that requires extra drying with a towel when everything else is dry. Small annoyances, but issues I don’t have with other cups.

I bought these cups for our RV. As most people know, when you tow a RV down the road, there's a fair bit of movement and bouncing. We needed some sturdy cups to handle the travel. These will do well. They are also easy to clean and the different colored strips that slide over the outside of the cups make holding the cups easy and everyone can identify which cup is theirs.
