I’ve been dealing with heel pain for months and decided to give this Dr. Scholl’s arch support sleeve a try — honestly wish I’d got it sooner. The compression feels spot on, not too tight but enough to actually make a difference. I can feel the support straight away when I put it on, and it eases that stabbing pain in the mornings. It’s comfortable enough to wear during the day under socks and even when I’m asleep. The material’s breathable so it doesn’t get sweaty or itchy like some cheaper ones do. I was a bit skeptical at first, but this genuinely helps take the pressure off my heel and arch. If you’re on your feet a lot or suffer from plantar fasciitis, I’d definitely recommend it. Proper game changer for me.

I found this effective to help in the first few days after my foot injury, easy to put on and adjust, and helped me with walking. It was comfortable and moulded well to my foot shape. I feel it is a little expensive for what it is though, so I'm hesitating to give it a full five stars. Worth considering however, it is a quality product.

OMG I have no idea why this works but it absolutely does!! 48hrs I have been wearing them and nothing no discomfort ! The test will come on long walks but initially I’m impressed massively!

Maybe I was expecting a miracle. This product didn’t perform it. What it did do was help with support and eased some of the pain I was experiencing but it’s a temporary, and in my opinion an indoor only, solution to a bigger problem. Wore these to a concert (seated) it did not help at all. Kind of wish the sponge was hard so it took some of the pressure off. I’ve also got wide feet and for me the band is not tight enough.

I'm very pleased. It's exactly what I needed. Good quality, fits comfortably. I recommend it.

It was good in start but later within a week started giving skin irritation and then the plastic on its band is now damaging skin so discontinuing use coz of discomfort

Life changer for over pronators and associated knee pain. Comfy in the shoe, breathable. Wash well and dry quickly
