I got this watch for my son, and it’s been such a relief as a parent. The fact that he can call and send little messages from his wrist makes it super convenient, and I love that I can quickly check his location through the GPS whenever I need to. It gives me peace of mind knowing where he is, especially when he’s at school or playing outside with friends. The watch itself feels sturdy and comfortable, and the battery lasts long enough to get through the day. It’s simple enough for him to use on his own but has all the safety features I was looking for. Only downside that I felt is that my son can't type his texts to me, there's only a voice text option or emojis. Other than that, it's definitely worth it for parents who want to stay connected and keep their kids safe without giving them a full phone yet.

The watch work but got some few glitch, the emergency button was placed on the side which can be accidently press when bending the wrist which my son accidentally call the emergency line. The battery report thru my app is inconsistent as it said there is 84% battery but the watch actually have less than 5%. The network signal is kind of weak for video calling out and about. The service fee was reasonable but I wish there are other service provider that would provide better speeds. The battery consistently lasted for the days and the limited app which is good for the battery. Location seem to be reasonable as well and within 10 feet, still definitely need to keep an eye on the little when out on the mall. Overall, there is still improvement to be made to earn that fifth star but since it's so affordable especially for a toddler, I would bump it up half a star. Worth every penny.

I was really hoping that the watch would be useful, i have to say that i am pretty disappointed with few things. it was used and has some scratches on the belt. the watch did not have film on screen as well as sticker page had missing stickers. I have also found pictures of the previous owner and a few messages. which is very disappointed. The watch is not very intuitive and scrolling is hard for the kids especially with bigger fonts for kids. it is easy to read. The speaker and call quality work but can be unclear in noisy places. The biggest frustration is that the internet does not work at all and it is only working with wifi. which makes it much less useful that i have expected. Battery life is okay and the watch itself feel b strudy and comfortable but overall, it did not meet any my expectation. I wanted something that would keep me connected and give a peace of mind but this was fall short on that.

I recently purchased the R2 device, only to discover it is not compatible with the Middle East market due to eSIM functionality not working in the region. After numerous emails and discussions with the MYFIRSTFONE team, they eventually informed me of this incompatibility. My question is: why was it sold to me in the first place if it wasn’t suitable for use in my region? This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating. Not only did I waste time and money, but I was also asked to return the device at my own expense. While they offered to cover $25 of the shipping cost, it ended up costing me an additional $63 to send it back. Overall, this has been a disappointing experience, leaving me out of pocket and my 5-year-old daughter upset that the device didn’t work as promised. I expected better transparency and service.
