Best baking powder
Whole Foods baking soda is my go-to. It’s aluminum-free, great for baking, and budget-friendly as well.

RELIABLE PRODUCT
I use this as it is aluminum free. It is a great value and works beautifully. I am always happy with the results of my baked goods rising well. The lid is resealable. I keep it in the freezer to ensure the longevity and it performs wonderfully right down to the last teaspoon.

Aluminum free
This is the best baking powder that is aluminum free. It produces a wonderful rise on your baked goods, its the right size for your spice cabinet, and has a long expiration date. It always arrives completely sealed and taste like every other brand of baking powder. I love that whole foods offers options on Amazon because I can't find aluminum free baking powder where I live.

Works perfectly
I bake a lot and I didn't realize that there was aluminum in most baking powders. So I went on my baking group and looked for what most people use and this was a popular choice. Works just as well as the big brand ones but I'm glad it's a well known brand to me cause I just don't trust ingredients from online that I've never seen or heard of. I'm happy that aluminum isn't an ingredient because that has been linked to alzheimer's. The can arrived safely, it was nice and sealed. I've used it since then and everything has risen up just fine.

Reliable baking powder for perfectly fluffy baked goods
This baking powder works exactly as expected, providing great rise and texture to my cakes, muffins, and pancakes. It’s aluminum-free, which is a big plus for me since it doesn’t leave a metallic aftertaste. The packaging seals well, keeping it fresh for multiple uses. However, I wish it came in a resealable bag instead of a can, as it can be a bit messy to scoop out. Despite that, it’s a great quality product at a fair price. If you love baking, this is a must-have in your pantry. I’d definitely buy it again.

cornbread is yummy again!
When eating cornbread, my husband would get a metallic taste in his mouth. Googling suggested it could be because the the cornbread was made with baking powder that contained alluminum. That seemed odd to us, but we gave it a shot, and it worked! There was no change in taste for me, but for him it made a world of difference. We chose the 365 because it is by Whole Foods and it was very reasonable when compared to other baking powders without aluminum.

Saved our pancakes and our wallets!
This stuff is awesome!! I had been eyeing other aluminum-free baking powder for a while, but it was just SO EXPENSIVE and I couldn't bring myself to pay for it. We make a lot of homemade pancakes, and we use a lot of baking powder, and I didn't know how to be healthy and also not break the bank. Enter: 365 baking powder! It has been a lifesaver for our budget and our health. I tell people about it all the time! I love that there is no aluminum, I love that the cost is low, and I love that it still makes VERY fluffy pancakes! Why would I ever buy the baking powder packed with aluminum when I could buy this instead? ❤️

I liked the fact it has no aluminum in it

Very fizzy baking powder with great results. Yes, it has a label over the original product packaging. Not sure why some of the women reviewers were so greatly confused by this. It happens all the time on Canadian food packaging imported globally. The label was obviously necessary to satisfy Canadian food labelling requirements, given this a U.S. Whole Foods product with English only. The label adds French as well as a product metric weight. Order was shipped February 2022 and product expires April 2023.

I like how it is Non-Gmo and does not have aluminum. I also like the container it comes in, it is small and cute and I like how you can just snap off and on the lid unlike other baking powders with messy bags. The date is never very far ahead which is quite inconvenient so be wary of that before ordering. It seems to work okay - sometimes I use a touch extra in baking to make sure I get the rise I desire. Good price for a natural baking powder.

Our local stores were all out of baking powder.... I expected to be seeing nothing but ripoff prices from 3rd party sellers wanting $50 a gram for baking powder but was happy to see 365 Everyday Value Baking Powder not only in stock but for a fair price!!! It works fine, was fresh and has no weird taste like some baking powders I've tried in the past. Thank you for saving my baking!
