It did not help me at all. Even after applying it profusely I developed rashes while cycling. The applicator roll on is not effective too. It doesn't roll properly. I literally threw both the bottles it in the dustbin. Better to go with standard petroleum jelly.

Worst, waste of money. Not moisturizing. Become dry very quickly. Increases friction while just walking.
