My husband loves this cup, it's great for his daily commute. It's gorgeous and very good quality.

It breaks well.
The first cup I ordered didn’t ever arrive. When I reported it, they sent another one right away. No additional charge. This one arrived very soon. We liked the cup. It kept my husband’s tea at the temperature that he likes it ( not super hot). The real test for me is, do they make a mess when they break? Today was the day. I had it full of hot tea and I set it on the dishwasher, turned around and knocked it off. The cup didn’t shatter, just broke apart. It was a smaller mess than it could have been. Guess I’ll order another one. Third time is the charm I hope.

For people who don’t like drinking coffee from a paper cup or worse styrofoam
I love having a ceramic coffee cup with a lid that fits perfectly. This is the perfect travel mug. Keeps you beverage hot, does not spill and it holds about 18oz of liquid

Love the mug, Hate the lid
ABSOLUTELY LOVE the mug itself, but the lid did not fit well and after a few uses the lid fell apart. I'm still using the mug, it's beautiful and a great size, however I bought it to use while at work because of the lid but now I only use at home. If it had come with a better lid I would have definitely given this purchase 5 stars.

Ideal for me
Meets simple but hard to find criteria:-holds 15-18 ounces (I drink more coffee than 12 ounces)-fits in a standard cup holder (most this size don’t)-has a handle (easier to drink while driving)-ceramic (good feel, no metallic smell/taste, also the metal ones keep coffee too hot for too long making it hard to drink on the way to work)-good lid so won’t spill on turnsCons-not a fan of the design but whatever

Love the mug, cover needs work.
The mug itself is gorgeous, well-made and fits in my cup holder. It's my daily favorite. The slider on the cover broke the third time I took it apart to wash it. It's no longer spill proof but I still use the cover.
