The Sony 1000XM5 are a wonder. Noise cancellation is impressive, it literally isolates you from the world. The sound is clear, with powerful bass and very balanced. The battery lasts a long time and they are super comfortable. A little expensive, but worth every penny. The best hearing aids I've ever had.

The Sony WH-1000XM5 Premium Noise Canceling headphones are incredible! The sound quality is crystal clear with deep bass and balanced highs, and the noise canceling is the best I’ve experienced it truly blocks out everything. They’re lightweight, super comfortable for long listening sessions, and the battery life is impressive. I love that they come with a sleek carrying case for travel and a sturdy stand for storage, keeping them safe and stylish when not in use. Worth every penny!

The plastic hinge broke inside of one year (a problem that has happened so often that the new version has a metal hinge). Sony’s customer service option was to send them in to their “trusted” third party service provider for a $100 repair. Escalation team was dismissive and rude. I strongly advise not purchasing these headphones. To have an issue is one thing. To not react professionally to it, or own it is on another level. Shame on you Sony.

Sound quality is amazing but the hinge broke on me with just some days of normal use to the gym and at home. Sony doesn’t cover it under warranty so you’re stuck with broken headphones. Had to return them

This product is very difficult to operate. There are no volume controls on the device, I couldn’t get it to pair using Bluetooth, and when I returned it Amazon refused to refund my money.

Did not work for me I was unable to use them for my work at home job as it kept canceling my voice out the customer couldn't hear me and I had to keep holding down the button next to the on and off button for the patient to hear me.
