Why there is a "warning" sing in the box. does any of the ingredients may cause cancer?

Anyone know the Caffeine amount?

It says in the discription 110 mg per serving

Does each serving contain 400mg each of reishi and chaga, or 200mg each?

All the listed ingredients together add up to 1000 mg. It does mention Reishi & Chaga extracts together, so it appears that the two combined contain 400 mg. It does not give the exact break-down and it's not stated if there are equal amounts of each. If they contain equal amounts, it would be 200 mg each.
