TAN-LUXE The Gradual Mini - Illuminating Gradual Tan Lotion, 100ml - Cruelty & Toxic Free

I'll start off by saying this is the first time I've tried any type of "self tanner" since I'm super impatient and I was always afraid of being orange and streaky. I was doing some research and came across this, and although it's a bit pricey I can confirm it is well worth it! After going through reviews I did end up purchasing a tanning mitt to apply and this goes on so easy! It is very thin compared to normal lotions so you don't need alot. After the first application I could see a noticeable difference and there were no streaks! I've used every other day for about the last week and I've stayed with a nice glow. It didn't turn streaky or wash off in the water and no stains on my towels! I lotion my knees/elbows first then just apply it with the mitt like normal lotion making sure I rub it in well. It does have a slight smell, but it's similar to how I've smelled after using a tanning bed so I don't mind it and my husband says it's hardly noticeable. This is a great product!

I’ve been using self tanning product’s for about ten years. Always disappointed in the streaks and the unrealistic look after it wears off, gets patchy, stains clothes, smells bad, costly etc… so I am always looking for something better. This Tan Luxe did not disappoint. I only bought the small version because I’m tired of wasting money, so thank you for giving that option. There are several things I like better than the last product I was using. It feels like lotion (however a Bit on the runny side) and my skin feels moisturized way better then my last product so definitely a PLUS for that. I didn’t have to use a tanning mitt to apply, another PLUS, I do wash my hands immediately but my palms never got weird orange color so that’s a win. I like the fact that It’s a GRADUAL tan. It takes 3-5 applications (once daily before I achieved the natural looking tan I was looking for) so for me that gradual tan was a PLUS. I’m fair skinned so - I don’t look natural with a deep or dark fake tan. I look much better with this light- to medium tan that I control depending on how often I apply- for me that’s a definite PLUS. I really don’t want that obvious tan look - especially now approaching winter months. But I also don’t care for looking pale. I love this stuff! If this has a smell I don’t smell it, that’s a PLUS. It’s not sticky feeling (more like moisturizing) so That’s a PLUS. I don’t Have to avoid my toes (I don’t put on soles of feet but I do smooth into my toes and it doesn’t stain my cuticles or look weird, that’s a PLUS! I don’t Write many reviews because I just don’t get excited about most products but this is the exception and now wishing I would have bought the bigger version. I am certain I will be buying more- I’ll keep this for travel version- another PLUS. I did PAY full price for this- no one gave me this free for my opinion so this is truly my honest unbiased opinion. Will everyone agree with me- no. That’s why I’ve tried to put as much information and explain why I LIKE it…. You may come away with a different opinion- it may not be dark enough for you. But for me I give it 5 stars and think if your pale - - it maybe something more on the subtle side of being slightly sun kissed with a very natural even tones. The ONLY thing I found as a con was it did stain my light colored bra. But so did all the other products I used. It came out in the wash so I did not think it was fair to remove a star for that. I love this product and will definitely buy again. I hope this helps someone else who was on the fence trying once again to decide rather to try one more tanning product. I’m not sorry I did! Totally LOVE this stuff!

It’s a bit runny, so be careful putting it on. Also rub it in evenly or an uneven tan line will show. The color is nice, not orangey color.
