New Wave Enviro Products BPA Free Bottle, 3-Gallon

We bought several of these bottles mainly because they are made of BPA free plastic. We get our water from a local supermarket store that has outside a purified water vending machine operated with coins or dollar bills. I would say that we do a refill every week. We keep these bottles on the kitchen's floor which is made of hard ceramic tile. When the bottles are empty, we put them in the car's trunk or the back seat and then we put them in a supermarket's cart and then into the water dispensing machine. We refill them one by one and once filled up, we put them back in the cart rolled them back to the car and then put them on the back seat securing them with the seat belt like babies. So far these bottles have shown to be sturdy and above all we like them because they are made of BPA free plastic.

I purchased this product only a few months ago and it cracked when it was dropped off the counter, while empty. I certainly expect it to be able to withstand that minimal amount of force so that it can contain my water. It is now unusable. While it was usable, it worked fine--no bad taste or odor and it held the 3 gallons advertised--but that does me no good now. Consider your alternatives.

I ordered this to replace another company's bottle that was also BPA free. Unfortunately theo other bottle not only outgased a taste into my water but also after three months of use split along the horizontal seam and leaked to the point where it was unuseable. The New Wave bottle is great so far. I have no after taste in the water and it has not leaked. So much better and i paid a lot less then with the previous brand. Totally satisfied and hopefully no leaks after a few months of use.

I purchase spring water at a 24 hour drive-up self serve facility. ( Water is only $.35/gallon ). I previously purchased two BPA free 3 gallon bottles from Amazon, that took way too long to arrive. Needed a third so when I saw this one on Amazon from Fulfillment Dept. at a lower price (nothing wrong with it) I was quick to order it. And it arrived in short time. Same quality plastic as the others. I think these bottles will last a long time. I am making the effort to purchase local spring water for its more healthy properties, so makes sense to spend the money for BPA free containers. The three gallon size is just right for handling. Would be difficult for me to manage five gallon bottles.

This is our 3 gallon matching “mini me” to our 5 gallon BPA-free jug. We use it as an “alert” the 5 gallons are both empty, and it works! The bottle is a beautiful plastic (I know, sounds weird, but it really is aesthetically beautiful) light blue “calming” aquatic display. Water tastes crisp and clean. We are VERY happy with this product. 😬

Love these 3 gallon bottles. My wrists don't allow for picking up and turning over the 5 gallon bottles to load onto my dispenser. These are perfect. They were delivered on time. I also ordered the No Splash cap, which makes the whole process so much easier. So happy I invested in these products.

We use this for our portable ac unit which has a hose that leaks water. This sucker works so well when we have the ac unit running all day. Would purchase again!

Perfect size for me as the 5 gallon containers are too heavy for me to fill and carry
