Customer Service is lacking…
Paid an additional amount to have the unicycle delivered by my son’s bday and it did not show up in time. The unicycle was late and the seller’s response was “it is already gone”. Thankfully it did finally show up and my 17 year old assembled it fairly easily after he used Google Translate to translate the instructions into English from what he believed to be Russian. He jumped on and rode it like it was just yesterday that he last rode a unicycle.
