As a woman of a certain age I bought these to see if I could feel a little more like myself again!They comes in a nice purple box and have positive feeling branding. They are easy to take and so easy to build into my morning routine, one little tablet that swallows easily.Its a little early to say if they are having a significant impact on me however they are so easy to take that I will persevere and hope to see a difference soon.

Easy to swallow and a great blend of natural ingredients. I noticed a bit more mental clarity and fewer energy dips after taking these regularly. They don’t work overnight, but after a week or two I felt a difference. No side effects either – a nice gentle boost for hormone balance.

My partner and myself have been using these tablets for a couple of weeks.She absolutely loves them and partly because of the fairly gentle amounts of vitamin D (10ug per serving) and iron (5mg) as well as the ginseng and saffron as well as the B12 at 4ug.I don't like the fact that the recommended dose is two tablets per serving because this means that a sixty tablet supply lasts for thirty days - or less if two people are using the tablets. The positive part I think is that it's possible to take only one tablet instead of two for a more personalised dosage.There's nothing in the tablets in terms of ingredients that are for women only.The tablets do though I think have a really good range of vitamins and minerals.I also like the fact the tablet format compared to capsules. Tablets provide a more natural texture for me and my partner agrees.I'm not so keen on the bulking agents and anti-caking agents but the list is minimal.I would definitely buy this supplement again although I think one box is probably not enough to share between two people.The packaging is also very nice and because of this I think the tablets would make a lovely present for a female family member.
