Q: Where does this product fall into my skin care routine ?

Hi. I realize it's soooo long since this was posted but I wanted to tell you about a lady on youtube. Funnily enough she just did a video on "the correct order" for layering skin care products and her toner order is THIRD, not first or second. First wash, then exfoliate, the DRY and apply any oils/serums you use. Let those dry THEN spray your face with at least 4 pumps of your toner to wet your face thoroughly THEN apply whatever moisture barrier cream or lotion you use. I tried this not really expecting but a wet mess....WOW. Was I wrong. This one change has made a huge difference. I'm 74 and obviously not going to have "youthful" skin but boy do I have soft, hydrated skin. IN WINTER. Give it a try. Nothing to lose, eh?

Q: Do they kill or harm the snails??

My google search offered many sourcws explaining that snails were not harmed. They are in a dark room allowed to travel for half an hour or so over glass or mesh then the mucin is collected from their trails. This product was not mentioned specifically.

Q: Did anyone else's shipment come without a plastic seal? Is it normal not to have one on this product?

Yes, mine was unsealed and the pump was already in the bottle. The box was opened inside the shipping envelope and it leaked. It seems very shady to sell a product without protective seal.
