Had ordered these for a work event after reading previous reviews regarding quality of product and how sturdy the frames were. Frames are lightweight corrugated plastic and stood up to a good amount of selfie taking at the event! They should be fine to use for next few years at least, which is great.However, the quality of product was surpassed by customer service from sellers. I had quite a few questions etc. and seller patiently got me sorted out with exactly what was needed, double checking any potential errors with text to be included, while assuring me that items would arrive in time. Indeed they did, a few days ahead of time and almost a week before the estimated delivery date provided by Amazon. I appreciate this super efficient delivery may not occur 100 % of the time but I was very relieved (and impressed) that everything arrived safely and well packaged.Many thanks for your patient, friendly and efficient service - and ideal finished product!

I got a frame made for an RNLI open day. The customer service was amazing and the speed that the frame was produced and delivered was much faster than expected. The frame is a great size and very strong. The weather was poor and it stood up to a lot of rain throughout the day. Best of all though it was a great hit with all our guests I think it was used in around 1000 photos in one day. I will be buying another.

I bought this for my sister's 50th birthday, not happened yet, but cannot fault the product. The seller contacted me to ask if I wanted a photo on it, either my sister's picture or a picture of the theme, and emailed me a picture of the theme that she had chosen. The one she had chosen was perfect for the theme. I got it delivered the very next day. It is very sturdy, and great quality. I know everyone, especially my sister will love it.

I bought this for my dad's 80th (see picture). We took 30+ pictures with the frame. Others used it independently and it went down a real treat with everyone. I'll definitely order another when we require. It hasn't bent, torn or got scratched. But we were careful and looked after it all night. Others perhaps don't, particularly reviews mentioning tears etc. Thanks for turning round quickly and providing exactly what I ordered and needed! Great item

The item was delivered in a large sturdy box, and the frame itself is constructed from plastic. the item is well worth the money and was well received by everyone.it has lasted through two parties and will be wheeled out at the next one - it is well worth the money

Excellent service at a more reasonable cost. Not inferior in any way to the higher priced products. And note that not only the heading can be customised, they customise the font, logo, likes too! Delivery was very quick too. Only problem which has nothing to do with them at all, is that I left the frame on the train and lost property office doesn't have it! Will have to order another....

I was dubious about this product as it was a lot cheaper than similar products from other companies but I'm actually very impressed. Its put on to cardboard with a plastic style sheeting over, so it's not heavy which is fantastic but the material means it won't be easily destroyed. The quality of the text is great.

I contacted Dorne regarding my specific requirements, she was really helpful and was able to send mock ups with my information so I had a really good idea about what the end product would look like. I was really impressed with the frame when it arrived, it is sturdy and looks fab. Our event is yet to happen but I'm sure we'll get some great pics for our special occasion.
