It's a lid, very, very sturdy
Bought this one because the Lloyd's one was out of stock and this one is less than half the cost. Even though it is sized to fit a 10x14, it does not fit the Lloyd's pan. It's a little too large. It still seals well enough, but I cannot stack a 2nd pan on top since it's angled and the dough slides. Otherwise, it's very well made, the one I have had a bent corner and it took an act of god to get it flat again. If it had fit, or if I had a different pan, would definitely buy a second one. But it works well enough for what I need it for, just have to use it on the top pan - I use a sheet pan for the lower layers.

Perfect
This pan was exactly what I was looking for. Pizza cooks evenly browns to perfection and is easy to clean. Just be careful when washing and storing because it can easily get scratched

Perfect size and perfect price
Great pan and good size for deep dish pizza. Found a recipe on King Arthur’s website. Their pan cost way more. Used their recipe and this pan and results were perfect.

Overall, a Good Addition To My Pans
The size and height of the pan's walls allow good options for a variety of uses. The metal is stout and will hold up well in the long run. I've had this pan for only a short while and am new to cooking, (my wife having passed away recently, so I'm "learning from scratch"), but I've made two Detroit style pizzas and a lasagna in it, and am pleased with how easily the pan contains those ingredients. I was drawn to the non-stick aspect of the pan, on referral by a friend who uses his very often. Therefore it was disappointing to see bright shiny metal "here and there" soon after acquiring the pan... clearly the non-stick material is easily scratched when handling. I hand wash it, and the incidental Knicks are a surprise. Buyers must be certain to handle this gem "with kid gloves" to ensure its nonstick function. For its size, sturdiness, and overall function, I can recommend this baking/roasting pan.

The Best Deep Dish Pizza Pan
This is the perfect pan for Detroit Deep dish pizza. I heat up the pan at 500 degrees while I preheat the oven and while I am stretching the dough. I add 1/2 cup olive oil and then the dough topped with cheese and other toppings. Add the sauce in strips and bake for 12-15 minutes. Remove the pizza to a cutting board to cut. Do not cut in the pan or you will score it. Just wipe out the pan to clean it. It works wonderfully.

Black coating flakes off! Yuck I don't want to eat it!
I ordered this pan on 12/14/22. When I first used this pan, I loved it. I learned how to make Detroit-style pizza using it. The pan is sturdy, cooks evenly, and is easy to clean. I hand-washed it with mild dish soap only. I would have kept this pan forever but now the black coating is coming off. A piece just flaked off in my hand while using it. The flaking is dangerously close and beginning to show near where the pizza would be. I fear the flakes will be in the pizza if I continue to use it. No more pizza until I find a reputable company to buy the pans from.
