I’ve been using Autoimmunity Care: Spore Probiotic Care for a few weeks now, and I can really feel the difference! My digestion has improved noticeably — less bloating and discomfort after meals. I’ve struggled with reflux for years—it affected my appetite and sleep, and even simple home-cooked meals would trigger acidity and sour burps. It’s helped soothe my gut over time, and the frequency of my acidity episodes has noticeably decreased. Just a word of caution: avoid taking too much at once, as it can cause a burning sensation, which is actually a sign of your stomach acid adjusting. If that happens, just reduce the dose by one tablet. This supplement has helped restore healthy stomach acid levels, which in turn has reduced my reflux issues significantly.
