I've been sleeping better, not sure if it is due to this supplement. The capsules are indeed huge, but I've had no problems taking it with water.

Most magnesium glycinate comes in 500 mg tablets. This is only 125 mg. I can't seem to tolerate more than 300 mg so this is amount will be better for me. I can increase the dosage a little at a time without overdosing on the other two ingredients. Good price, too even if I should double up since it has what I was looking for to begin with.
