AIR Cloud Rocker | Sensory Chair for Kids

I am absolutely delighted with the TED KANGAROO AIR Cloud Rocker for my child. From the moment we set it up, it has been a huge hit. The chair is soft, comfortable, and just the right size for kids to snuggle into. The gentle rocking motion is calming and provides such a fun sensory experience that my child now asks to sit in it every day. I also love that it comes with an electric air pump, which made inflating the chair quick and easy with no fuss. Purchased this chair for my grandchildren. It is very sturdy and holds their weight well without deflating. It is comfortable to them and easy for them to get in and out of. I did have to find the piece in the package to get it blown up correctly, but after I figured that out, it inflated good. The air pump did get very hot quickly though, so I took a break to ensure it didn't overheat. It was a little pricey for the product but was pleased overall.

I got this way back in September so I can't return it now. But it was a Christmas gift (I start buying in summer as I like to go big for my family) I opened this on Christmas for my two year old daughter and nephew. And it's already popped and deflated. And the hole isn't a hole like it was popped by anything it's in the seam so definitely poorly made! I can't even get it replaced or refunded even though it only lasted a week because I got it way before Christmas. But it said it wasn't able to be popped. Even with a needle! That's a lie because mine literally tore at the seam. From 2 year olds playing on it. And it WAS In a room with no sharp toys. I made sure of that.

Bought for my 5 year old autistic daughter and she absolutely loves it! We can sit and relax in it together. Big enough for child and adult. Super simple to blow up and let the air out. The material is strong and durable. Great for sensory needs; rocking, bouncing, jumping.

Kids love it. Best used with little ones. First one busted in a day. The seller graciously exchanged it for me but I have to be careful who uses it

EDIT:I do have to say customer service has been very kind and helpful! They offered a refund, which I had already started the process of getting from returning thru amazon. They stated they are working on the seams on the rocker and sent their chair and pea pod for my kids to have instead. When their seams have been upgraded on the rocker we will give it another shot. I have changed my 1 star to a 3 star due their good customer service on wanting to make things right. We bought one of these and it only lasted 2 weeks before it wouldn't hold air anymore, we could not find a hole, tho we did not search the seams on that one very hard. Got a replacement, and this second one then did the same thing. Lasted about 2-3 weeks before we came home new years day to it deflated horribly. We searched this 2nd one and found the hole this time, right along one of the seams where the more velvety plastic meets the smooth. My kids are so disappointed, they loved it for the time it did hold air, but it is not worth the cost with seams giving out in less then a month.

My kids love this chair. Although it is a blow up it is very comfortable. It is very sturdy also. My 8 year was jumping on it and it didn't bust
