Mature textured skin friendly, soft velvet finish. Stunning!
I have mature combination skin with a lot of texture, fine lines, acne scars (pits and icepick scars), huge pores and discolorations. All I can say is, "Oh My, where did the old ugly skin go?". This foundation is very smoothing and diminishes pores and texture. It makes your skin look smooth and soft and young again. I was shocked by how pretty and soft my skin looked, so I came back for 2 more sets. I applied this after my usual skincare dried down (vitamin-c, peptide serum, and light weight hyaluronic acid serum). I didn't use sunscreen. I applied it with a brush because I have to wiggle foundation into my large gaping pores, then I patted it and pushed it into my skin with a dry sponge. It is self-setting and dries down to a very soft velvet-like finish, no powder needed. It was adequately moisturizing for my combo skin. The coverage is on the lighter side of medium. The color is a perfect match for my light to light-medium neutral skin tone (I ordered 25N). Oh, it even stuck to my nose!have mature textured skin with acne pits, icepick scares, huge pores, and fine lines. The coverage is light-medium buildable, dries down to a soft powder finish, does not need powder, does not settle into pores and fine lines, no pilling, and gives the skin a smooth look, minimizes texture more than any foundation that I have ever used.

People ask me what I did to my skin — this is it
If you want people to ask, “What did you do to your skin?” — this is the product.I started using this cushion and immediately noticed how radiant and smooth my skin looked. It gives that natural glow without feeling heavy, and it doesn’t cake even after hours of wear. The coverage is medium but buildable, and I love that it has SPF 50+ — perfect for busy days when I want to look fresh and stay protected.Ever since I started wearing this, I’ve had people comment on how healthy my skin looks. Not makeup — just *skin*. That’s how good it is.Highly recommend if you’re looking for that dewy, K-beauty finish with skincare benefits built in.

I really love the formula and think it’s so unique. It’s not a typical “cushion”. It’s more of a creamy balm texture that reminds me of a foundation stick. It has a very glassy finish with both high coverage and a long wear time. It’s mildly waterproof too and also looks good powdered. I have dry skin and it wears really beautifully all day. No issues with it clinging to dry skin.My only complaint is with the color. My skin tone is on the upper extreme end of fair, so I can’t always get a fantastic shade match. I can sometimes pull off deeper shades because my face is naturally darker than the rest of my body, plus it’s normal to wear a darker shade. However, 13c shade is a little too obvious. The color is yellow despite being advised as pink. I’ll probably still wear it, just with white powder.

Swipe, pat, finish UPDATE: Didn’t read ingredients closely, have to discontinue, am super sad
I stopped wearing foundation when I was 19 because I didn’t want to spend my youth covering up my skin. Isn’t youthful skin supposed to be so special? So I put on sunscreen and cheerfully let myself forget how to apply foundation. But now I’m 29. And I work in an old building with really bad regulation of temperature and humidity/dryness and god-knows-what in the HVAC system. So I’ve developed dry skin with some red patches (haven’t solved it yet—I’ve tried lots of moisturizers and I’m still looking for the one). Otherwise, I’m very pale and yellow in tone. At worst, I look sallow and gray-green.I got a cheap luminizing primer by ELF to pair with this while I wait for “nicer” stuff in the mail. I don’t have any concealer to wear underneath the foundation right now.My first attempt with this cushion was streaky. I saw one reviewer who said that they will use a foundation brush from now on to avoid streakiness. I didn’t want to. In fact, I decided to try cushion foundation specifically to avoid face brushes. Then I realized that I had put it on wrong. I had patted it across my face almost like I would do with a stippling brush, then swiped as if to blend. And I had just kept patting it. The makeup has a cooling effect, and patting it in feels too nice. It’s addicting. I think it can be easy to overdo i application by mistake. Even though the coverage is light, patting foundation over itself a few times will absolutely give a caked-on look. Swipe first.Next day, I tried again. I pressed the puff into the product, swiped it all over my face first, and then went back over with the puff to pat it down. It looked much better. My bathroom lights are very harsh, and I couldn’t find streaks of foundation on my face. I even applied foundation around and under my eyes, but, to me, the foundation looked fine. It had not settled into a wrinkle or unevenly crumbled in that area.I went back over a red patch a couple of times and got sufficient coverage for me. I didn’t have any concealer on underneath, but the redness was dulled down. I noticed a flakey patch where my nose meets the rest of my face. This foundation is not drying, but it is not moisturizing either. I wouldn’t say it made the flakey patch look any better or any worse. I made peace with it because I haven’t had a chance to pick up a serum or whatever the hell will fix me.Everything looks bad in my bathroom, so all I knew was that my application was even. I applied some brown powder and brighter white powder to account for foundation’s natural tendency to flatten out skin tone, then a cheek tint.I got out to my car to drive to work, and I was very surprised to see my face in the rear view mirror. It looked good! Like I said, I did not have concealer underneath—but the circles around my eyes were very improved, almost gone.I’ll update with how this wears after today, but I’m really pleased right now.EDIT: I noticed some irritation growing over the past few days and realized this has aloe in it. That stuff irritates my skin really badly. :( I assume my layers of primer (as I was experimenting heavily with primers) somewhat held it at bay. I’m bummed because this cushion was everythinggg. It looked better as the day wore on. Seriously perf. I am so sad.
