Delicious
So good! And I love the high amount of protein, no sugar, and low calories. Excellent taste and consistency. These are now my favorite protein bar.

Delicious, high protein
These are expensive, but worth the price. They don't taste chalky like some other protein products. I've has three of the flavors and they all have been delicious. They are great for a post workout snack. Not too many calories, lots of protein, and low sugar. If you are looking for a crunchy protein bar, these are not crunchy. It's more like eating a dense brownie.

Tasty high protein low cal boost
These bars are delicious and high protein, low calorie. Some of the ingredients raise questions for me and it is not clear how the protein is crafted. Nonetheless because of the easy protein, low calories and good taste I am using them for a pre-morning workout energy. I think they would serve for an afternoon boost too.

Delicious but beware of additives
Very delicious and you can’t beat the high protein and low cals! Delicious and I love the chewy texture. Only downside is that they contain AceK sweetener and Suclarose both of which are high risk additives that are known to cause cancer, heart disease, diabetes, and chronic inflammation of the digestive tract. Something every consumer should know and be aware of. That’s why this gets 4 stars out of five. Maybe they can make a version without these and we would be good.

Finally--a protein bar that truly delivers on its promises!
Great product, both for what it has and doesn't have! First, it actually tastes like real food. No weird texture. Second, major props for it having only half the carbs that other protein bars have. Ditto kudos for it not containing refined sugars or any kind of sugar that could spike your insulin level. They advertise that doctors (MDs) developed this bar, and the intelligent design behind it bears that out. My only quibble is that the ingredients aren't organic. That makes a difference to people who've lost the capacity to detox certain chemicals. However, the manufacturer is transparent about the 3rd-party testing that's done on the bars (for heavy metals, pesticides, etc.).

The EPG fat can cause stomach upset since its fat that is only partially absorbed.
I have tried these bars a few times and in a few flavors. I was initially excited as the initial receipe was high protein and did not have artificial sweetners or sugar alcohols. But they did change the formula so now it has all three --malitol, sucrose and Acesulfame Potassium. My GI system does not tolerate sugar alcohols well, so I try to avoid. But the worst part might be the EPG--the modified plant fat that is in the bar. It is modified so it can only be partially digested, which is why the bar has much less LISTED fat calories than similar bars that don't use EPG. But what happens to the part of the fat you don't digest? They claim is it NOT like olestra, but after a bar a day off and on, It finally caught up with me and gave me a lot of GI distress. The high protein to calorie ratio is because of the EPG, but consumer labs did a review and noted the ACUTAL fat content. I think the labeling is not honest. Given the change in ingredients, and that about 10G of EPG fat an cause GI distress (about one bar), throw in sugar alcohol in the mix, and I think everybody should try a different product with HONEST labeling. I won't be buyinig this again and I hope others do more research on the EPG ingredient. Maybe its not olestra, but stuck on a toliet for a day is not worth it.

Lots of flavor and protein
These protein bars are the real deal! Great taste and low calories putting all the calories into the protein of 28 grams. Only one bar I found exceeds this much protein, with 45 grams, at the expense of some flavor.

Shrinkflation strikes!
Wow. These are a regular part of my rotation. My most recent box, the bars barely take up half the packaging. Buyer beware. These are good bars, but they're starting to cut sizes.
