These are actually pretty decent. I suspect professional grade Chafers will be made from thicker stainless steel to withstand the rigors of commercial life but for household parties these were perfect. Kept my mash, chicken thighs, rice and mac & cheese warm for hours. Easy to put together. Good options with both large and small tray inserts and sturdy enough for the intended use.

This product arrived earlier than expected, to be precise. 6 days before the expected delivery date that is more than impressive the backage was well packaged and because i was not at home, it was left on a secure place just as requested. The cheffing dishes are study, value for money and the the sizes are perfect. The quality is spot on i can't wait to use them for my event as the way the just look and the material used shows you they are going to do the job

Kept the food lovely and warm for Christmas dinner - would recommend

Got this buffet set for a family Christmas dinner for 7 people came in very handy when keeping the food hot. I bought the twin set with the 4 half trays only needed to use 2 of the half trays and the other large tray to serve everyone and seconds.My best buy this Christmas I gave it 4 stars cause the lids don’t close fully shut when you use it with the half trays but close better when you only use the large trays.

Some sharp edges and the base was a bit flimsy

Does the job for an occasional home party, but that’s about it. Very thin materials and flimsy legs means I couldn’t be 100% certain they wouldn’t collapse if not used carefully, which when you have hot food, hot water and naked flames is a potential recipe for disaster! Simple but fiddly to assemble and requires disassembly for storage. Useable but couldn’t really recommend. 2.5 stars but I’ll give 3 to be generous!

Delivery was real quick . Nice display for food . Unfortunately it came without one handle on one of the dishes and upon inquiring I was told to return the whole package. Very disappointed as it takes a lot of work to assemble. Why can’t they just send me a handle ? Not stable when loaded with water and food . Leaves watermarks after cleaning.

Exquisite looking chaffing dish.

L'acier est un peu fin mais ça fait le travail, pour ce prix on ne va pas se plaindre. Le fermoir du cache à combustible s'est tout de suite plié, donc il faut faire attention à la manipulation. La structure se replie si on le souhaite, mais il faut alors chaque fois dévisser le porte-combustible, personnellement je le laisse monté. Le tout est facile à monter, les vis sont fournies avec des petits boulons donc pas besoin d'outil supplémentaire. Le gros point négatif c'est qu'elles se dévissent tout le temps, même en serrant fort, ça ne tient pas. La poignée d'un des couvercles m'est resté dans les mains et les vis sont tombées...dans l'eau chaude. Je réglerai ça avec de la colle, mais ducoup je ne pourrai plus démonter la structure.
