Great car seat. Excellent quality.

The media could not be loaded. I got two of the older version of Solution G (1) i-fix (not mesh) which highly scored in ADAC tests. However, some people reported hear rests disintegrating due to weak glue or manufacturing issues. Both of my seats experienced the problem so I managed to claim warranty on one that was repaired. The other one was replaced with a brand new one that lasted a couple of days and was returned due to the same problem. I then was offered the new improved mesh version of Solution G2 version. We opened a box with a brand new product only to find out it the headrest was already disintegrating as well on both sides! I contacted Cybex about this issue after purchase of my car seats as well as almost a year after when I claimed my warranty. It appears they've done absolutely nothing to rectify the problem and are manufacturing the improved versions of the seat with the same problem. The shop also gave up on repairing the fault car seat and said they can't do anything for me thus refunded the money so am left with one car seat now. I looked at other brands in particular Britax but there's no reclining car seat available so am still hoping Cybx will take people's reviews seriously and rectify the manufacturing problem.
