Linksys Makes Great Products
Needed to expand my network. I stuck with a Linksys product because of reliability. Plug and play and my network was up and running.

This 16 port switch has been as advertised for me. I have had zero issues and the plug 'n' play part works perfectly. I have worked with many types of network switches (unmanaged, managed, registered and secured registry) and the Linksys LGS116 is a great switch for any home network. I used one of these units to set up my home network and I have had nothing but a great experience setting everything up. No permanent registry entry's, or temporary ones.

Great Network Switch
The Linksys LGS116 16 Port Gigabit Unmanaged Network Switch is well built, works great, and is easy to set up. I’ve been using a Linksys SE3008 8 port network switch since it was released in 2013, it still works perfectly, and I haven’t had a single issue with it. But it was time to upgrade, simply because I needed more ports. I wanted to stick with Linksys because they are very reliable, so I purchased the LGS116 16 port switch. I’m sure I will get many yeas of use out of it, like I did with the SE3008. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a 16 port unmanaged switch, to get the Linksys LGS116.

Inexpensive switch but does not come with rack mounts
Very thin inexpensive switch -- barely one inch tall. It does not have any rack mounting gear. Made to be placed on a desk or table or shelf. Works well.

Es un Linksys, es muy buena la calidad de distribución de datos y es muy eficiente en cuanto a energia que usa para su funcionamiento.
