Soothing but I think I used too much too soon because I experience dizziness for awhile. I used it for digestion and ulcer flare up.

This is part of a recipe to reduce phlegm build-up so I cannot attest to it as a lone ingredient.

No complaints here. This was a good quality herb and it was fresh.

I was expecting a more ground-up product that I could use as a tea. To make this tea-ready, I had to grind it up. Perhaps that makes this product fresher? But not a classic tea or herbal tea - it's literally chunks of the root.
