Been using this on my arms since March and the first picture is of my arm on March 23 and the second picture is of my arm on August 7. I can definitely see a big difference and can feel an even bigger difference in my shirts that were tight in the arms. I am also using it on my stomach and have seen a drastic improvement, but I did not do a before picture to show you the results.

Haven’t seen any results yet, but you have to be careful putting this stuff on the inside of your inner thighs cause it goes somewhere else and it does burn but that’s only if your inner legs are rubbing together like mine do

Love, love this stuff. I have been using it for 5+ months, no complaints. I have seen little changes over time, it’s not an instant fix. It does heat up but overall not bad. I will continue to use and purchase this stuff.
