Freeze spray
It does what it says but sorry I do prefer another one which is called Deep Freeze

Great Product
Very pleased with the spray workshop straight away.

Not cold enough - doesn't last long enough.
Not cold enough - was recommended by a pharmacist for a sprained ankle - not useful. Did not ease the pain. Plus much cheaper in-store (£1 - £1.50 per tin)

Didn't seem to do much to my mind
It warms if frostbite if you use too much. That's a laugh. I could hardly feel any cold from it. Was expecting something far more freezing. You are better off sticking with a pack you put in the freezer. I have one of them as well and it's very effective once strapped against the injury.
