I love these - both for my child’s nutritional needs and myself. I swear by them. I’ll only have a couple a day but I don’t feel as tired as I used to. The ingredients seem whole and pure. Might be somewhat pricey for what they are but I like that they’re packaged in a delicious gummy bear form and I like the flavor. My child’s also looks forward to getting them (she’s picky) and likes the taste. My husband, however, claims the taste “healthy” and bitter. The definitely have sweetness to them and sure, you can tell the aren’t candy, but there good!

Not only do they taste horrible the pack I got is old they’re not gummy like gummy bears they’re hard almost crunchy, dry and horrible. Super disappointed was super excited for this. If you have a child with food aversions, this isn’t going to help you they smell funny. They taste high in iron. You can taste the multivitamin. My toddler wouldn’t even touch it so I tried it. They are old and disgusting. I was really excited for this too waste of money do not recommend
