Taste left a lot to be desired. were grainy and not very good. not very filling either

This is a stacked nutritional shake, basically a daily multivitamin, probiotic, and protein drink in one. I also like the addition of digestive enzymes so plenty packed in here. I understand the cost is high per packet, but when you consider this is replacing a multivitamin, a probiotic capsule, and potentially a meal, then there’s that savings to factor as well. Also, I ran this by my mother who is a Clinical Dietician, she gave it a thumbs up as well. So there you have it, dietician approved too! Good nutritional beverage for anyone really but especially those that have sensitive stomaches. I'm not a GLP-1 user but am familiar with some of the digestive issues they face. I also have chronic stomach inflammation that can be very painful if I don't watch what I eat, and I've had good experiences with the additives this contains in the past. Zinc carnosine and licorice root are fantastic for sensitive stomachs and great for stomach pain and inflammation. This drink is thin in texture but tastes really good. I use a mixer bottle and also find that like most things it's best cold. I like the individual packets so that I don't have to worry about measuring scoops. One or two of these a day and I can safely forego my multivitamin. I reccomend.

While cheap compared to Ozempic, which it is designed to be used alongside, this is in reality a very expensive protein powder and meal "replacement" hybrid. You could pretty easily add some agave nectar to a conventional protein powder mixed with whole milk and get a similar effect. However, this does exactly what it says and very well, and I can't fault it for being a little overpriced when it competes with other products that are also overpriced and is designed for use with a medication for which the monthly cost is in the 4 figures range. And you can't beat the convenience factor or the ease of calorie counting the package contents.

I ordered the nutritional beverage for GLP-1 users to give it a try since both my wife and I have been on different GLP-1 medications for some time for diabetes. I also had bypass surgery this past summer and lost quite a bit of weight and have needed to supplement my diet with protein shakes ever since. These shakes were strawberry and cream flavored, and I followed the recommended mixing instructions using 6 oz of cold water in a shaker cup which thoroughly blended the powder with the cold water. The consistency of the shake was thicker and like my other protein shakes and the taste was nice overall with not a lot of after taste. It is not a large serving, so it is not overly filling. In addition to the protein, it contains 26 vitamins and minerals according to the ingredients including vitamin B which my orthopedic PA suggested I increase in my diet as well. Overall, I like the nutritional beverage other than the cost point which is on the pricey side for a 6 oz nutritional beverage.
