The quality seems alright but the straw tends to get moldy if not washed properly. I remember the packaging being a little damaged, but chose to keep it cuz the inside was fine and returning it would be a hassle. Oh and mine didn't come with a rubber ring on the inside so it leaks when not kept upright. Otherwise it's a good product for the price
