This derma roller is so easy to use, it's like a feeling of pins and needles as you roll it over. I like that it user friendly.

It's not adjustable, but 1mm is ok for most applications. It isn't as high quality as more expensive rollers, but there are no glaring issues with it. The spikes are not as fine or sharp as some others but they are functional. It's made in India. Packaging was reassuring. I like that it comes with a plastic case to cover the business end.
