I whole heartedly recommend these gummies !! A really lovely taste, and after years of insomnia I’m sorted. I have to stop myself from taking more than the recommended 2 a night as they taste so good !!!

Bought these gummies twice now and both bags were short. Supposed to take 2 gummies but only 1 gummie left at the end of the bag. And yes I definitely took two and not one or three. That being said, I have found these gummies have helped me to a get a deeper level of sleep. They dont make me sleepy, but when I'm ready to close my eyes after doom scrolling on Tik Tok, I generally fall asleep quicker and stay asleep for longer. When I do wake up, I very quickly fall back to sleep again. I can tell the difference if I have forgotten to take them one night.

Taste really good (& I'm usually very fussy). They do help me wind down at the end of the night which is something I struggle with as ADHD night owl is quite severe. I'm on my second pouch of these now!

honestly the gummy texture is so odd. There is no bounce to the texture. It is very "sandy" inside (not sure if it makes sense). Not overly sweet. But the texture of the gummy takes away the joy of chewing it. I just wanna quickly swallow it If texture is not a consideration for you or the experience of consuming is not important to you then go for it

Flavor of gummy is good and consistency is an opaque light purple, easy to chew. I recommend taking it a half hour or hour prior to when you want to fall asleep. I typically get into bed at 10:30pm and felt very drowsy in the morning during the week for work. Very effective with consistent sleep without waking up in middle of night.

The Trip Magnesium gummies are very delicious, just like candy, and, better yet, they deliver amazing benefits thanks to magnesium and other natural ingredients. These are great and really help with getting to sleep. I only need to take one and it does the trick.

I bought these because I love the beverages TRIP has for relaxation so I thought I'd give these a try. And unfortunately this was a total waste of money because they gave me the worst stomach cramps, specially around my belly button and diarrhea. They look cute and taste good so I kept taking them for 3 days but I can not deal with the stomach pain it gives me so I will have to throw them away.
