I’ve really been enjoying this toothpaste so far. After diving deep into research about the oral microbiome, I came across this product. I was a bit skeptical at first—especially since I had just gotten a cavity filled and was still dealing with some tooth sensitivity. On the third day of using it, I actually started feeling pain in my front teeth, which was new and concerning. A quick search led me to find that this can happen when first using micro or nano hydroxyapatite. The particles bond to the enamel by entering the microtubules in the teeth, and when this happens near nerve endings, it can cause temporary discomfort. Thankfully, the pain only lasted a couple of days, and by day eight, my teeth felt noticeably better. The sensitivity is gone, and my gums look healthier than ever—even after years of maintaining a solid dental hygiene routine. Another bonus: there’s no foaming, which I personally like, and the taste is mild but genuinely pleasant. Overall, I think it’s well worth spending a few extra dollars on a product that delivers real, noticeable results.

We’ve been using this toothpaste for a while now and really like it. We choose not to use fluoride, and this has been a great alternative for our family. Our teeth feel clean, the taste is mild so I do wish it was stronger but we haven’t had any cavities in years. I also like that it supports oral health without harsh ingredients. We’ll continue repurchasing.

The toothpaste works & taste great. However, the tube is only about half full it seems, if that much! We've bought this twice & both were the same. It's definitely not worth the price as quickly as you go through it. We also really like Dr. Jen although it's about double the price, but you also get double the product.

My 5 year old has an abscessed tooth and infection and we've tried getting it pulled a few times but my son has super bad anxiety over it and never can go through with the extraction. I got this toothpaste a few months back and my son uses it everyday. Today we went to the dentist for the 4th time to try and get his tooth out again and the dentist actually said his tooth looked better. They said the hole and blackness is gone. I'm so shocked. She said we could try again in a few months and that his teeth looked so good. Soooo this toothpaste works great at mineralizing and fixing a cavity/infection. Also note to add: I use a half pea size of this toothpaste along with a half a pea size of ACT kids toothpaste on my kids toothbbrushes because the taste of this toothpaste is a little weird but it works so I'm happy and ordering again!!

I wanted to wait at least a month to write a review, just to make sure I gave this product a fair review. I would like to note, i absolutely love it! Although it has no flavor, it works amazing. I’ve definitely noticed the stench of bad breath tremendously reduced in my children. It also cleans very well. I’ve noticed when I floss, there is not much to clean. Toothpaste definitely does its job! Size is great for the price, and I love that it is fluoride free!

This is an incredible toothpaste, clearly more expensive than any other toothpaste I have ever purchased, yet I have noticed a massive difference using it in a short period of time combined with using a soft headed quality toothbrush, after more years than I can mention using an electric toothpaste. I carried out much research on tooth paste and toothbrush; my conclusion was in order to look after my precious teeth and gums I had to take a different approach. Now if you suck your teeth (sorry for pun), when you consider the price - the cost of session with hygenist even if you are using a NHS Dentist like me is not cheap.
