Comfortable and is what I expected

can’t get used to this pillow unfortunately,the person I gave it to loves it though….

I like the support this pillow provides. Unfortunately, the pillow becomes downright uncomfortable when you change position in bed.

Its flimsy and cheap

I used this pillow for several days trying to get used to it. I woke up with headaches and a stiff neck every day. I thought maybe it was upside down, so I went back to the listing to be sure I was using it correctly, perplexed by so many positive comments. Definitely using it properly. I am 5:2" and I guess my neck isn't long enough for my head to reach the center of the pillow as shown in the pictures. I actually outlined where my head was and it's nowhere near the center point, so my head is positioned exactly in the wrong spot and its resting on the neck bump, so it looks like the picture with the bad cervical alignment they show for regular pillows. I guess it makes sense that they'd make the pillow for the average height human in the U.S. Since the average woman is 5'3.5" and the average man is 5'9" the pillow is probably designed for about a 5'6" body -- way too large for petite bodies. On top of that, it was way too high. I felt like I was lying on a couch cushion. The listing said there's a removable adjustable piece to make it lower, but it's a piece of foam carved out of the middle that you can remove that makes no difference in height at all. Super strange. Since all four supporting edges are up so high, removing that middle piece does nothing, except maybe make the neck part actually go up a bit. I read a review from someone who said it was a great pillow in the summer but that it got stiff and hard in the winter, not molding to the body properly -- it's winter here, so maybe that's the problem. Whatever the case, it was 31 days past the purchase date so I couldn't return. Am throwing it out. Beware to shorter people or tall people with short necks!
