This is an everyday vitamin in our home. Great for your body, energy support, easy to take daily.

Works great but tastes horrible
Ok so to be completely honest the taste is horrible. But it works. I needed to raise my iron levels to avoid transfusions and this stuff worked.

Easy to take
So far so good, been taking about a week. I’ve noticed a little boost in my energy levels. Overall the taste is okay- sort of earthy. The scent is earthy too. My mom used to take geritol so I wanted to try since I’m older. This liquid version seems more effective than the pills.

To keep taking the vitamins as much as possible
Goes quicker than the pills but worth it all the while. I take it on the weekends and pulls on the weekdays.

Great Product
Taste horrible. It made me sick for two days. I don't recommend the liquid form if you have a sensitive stomach. It felt like my stomach was burning resulting in diarrhea for two days. The pill form is much better. Everyone's body is different. My sister had no issues when using this product.
