This supplement is a small pill that I can swallow easily. I have been taking them for about 7 years with no issues. I started because of low vitamin D . My blood work shows that vitamin D is at good levels since taking the Ortho D3.

Awesome vitamins
Found out a family member cannot absorb B vitamins and must take methylated ones. So I tried them, and oh my word! This is what I've needed forever! The 2nd day I took one, it was like my brain got a jolt of energy. I do feel better energy-wise. And now I look forward to taking my medicine everyday!
