The CPL filter comes in a very nice plastic box! The package includes a Gopro CPL/Polarizer filter, and a plastic case... The CPL filter works with a Gopro Hero 5/6/7/2018, it works great, and fits very snug on my Gopro Hero 5! This filter works great to bring out color and detail in clouds, and can take unwanted reflections off of water! It will not reduce image quality! The look and design is great! THIS IS A GREAT BUY! The seller is very nice and helpful!!

I use my gopro hero 6 black as a dash cam. I was always disappointed by the reflection of the dashboard on the windscreen during sunny days. This products fixed it. No reflections in the center of the picture anymore. The only complaint is that it seems to me as not just CPL filter but also ND filter, because it takes lot of light, so the shutter has to be set to be longer or ISO sensitivity higher. Other than that, perfect product.

Great filter, and seems to provide the essential polarizing functionality...though I would question the ultimate need for polarizers on GoPro's overall. So far with the newer versions, you can optimize settings to capture perfect shots and videos using Protune, though i suppose on a bright sunny day in snowy terrain, one could benefit from this.

Slightly looser friction fit than the older models. Luckily I could use a gasket from an older one.

I use this filter to record hockey games and it works great. Prior to the filter my GoPro would constantly adjust to the changing light in the arena and the videos would be horrible to watch just because the lighting was always changing. Adding the filter eliminated this and everything is crystal clear. Also, a side benefit that I didn't know at the time is that they filter also eliminates reflection from the glass.

This is on my GPH7B and fits fine even though labeled for 5 and 6. Seems to be of good quality and am looking forward to testing it’s glare reduction when everything that’s out here.

I like taking my GoPro out to capture my fishing adventures. This lens helps enhance my recording experience by cutting the glare off the waters I fish. It helps allow my friends and family I share my videos with to see what I can see through my polarized sunglasses. When not using this product it can be very difficult to capture fishes I see underwater at times. I will update the review as I continue to use this product.

I've been using this kit so consistently and naturally since receiving it, that I forgot to give it a review. I keep the ND8 filter attached nearly all the time to my GoPro 13, since it seems to slightly increase the depth of the image and prevent vignetting, rainbows around edges. The CPL filter is used in sunlight or when the camera is mounted in the car to prevent reflections from hitting the lens and washing out the image. I use the ND 16 and ND 32 filters to have the camera open the iris wider and reduce the depth of field, thus separating the subject from the background. This is a basic neutral density kit with good quality filters to allow the camera to be used in a variety of lighting conditions, preventing image "wash" or flaring in bright or high contrast lighting conditions, and to allow some creativity in defining the focus of the image. It is an excellent set to keep in your camera kit.

I like how the labels are engraved on the filters, not printed. It looks clean and is easy to read. They slip on and fit the GoPro Hero 13 properly. They do not fit GoPro 12 or older because they sit loose. These are useful for water sports. I will use them for kayaking, paddle boarding, and fishing. On bright days they help control glare. The CPL filter cuts reflections from water and other surfaces. The plastic case had a greasy feel. There was some kind of oily film on it. The filters were clean but the packaging felt careless. The build feels decent. Light but not fragile. Four stars because the product works but the packaging was sloppy.

I needed the filter for my bow fishing. Today I took it for fishing and I am very happy with the image quality.

Sometimes case-free is the way to be with a GoPro - they're designed to be rugged, so why not, right? ND filters are a must when I'm outside and help me avoid all sorts of glare. From a functionality perspective, these filters do the job and I'm comfortable using them. Fit and finish of the filters are good, and they use a silicone ring as a way for the filter to "push-fit" onto the camera - which will appeal to those who use this without a case, since it won't work with underwater or other hard cases. The push-fit makes less of a hassle to attach while on the go, sot that was appreciated. Useful bit of kit.
