SAMSUNG 36" Smart Under Cabinet Range Hood, Black Stainless Steel, NK36N7000UG/AA

Love the look and finish off this hood. The lights are positioned perfectly and do a nice job lighting up the cooktop. The bottom is completely flat which adds to the look of the hood. The only downfall is that it is loud which is why I only gave it 4 stars. I would still purchase again.

No idea how well this works yet. I ordered it in Apri 2025l and tried to install it in May 2025. After installing it the LED lights would not function, but the blower seemed to work. So it was wired up correctly.The Samsung support is not very good. Nice people trying but no one can fix it and now it has been a week+ waiting for someone at Samsung to send a replacement!Samsung's support is worthless. I called their support to get it fixed.It took a week to get someone out to try and fix it and they were going to charge me to fix it! I explained it is less than 60 days old and under warranty! So when they finally came they brought the wrong parts. So they then tried to order the correct part to fix it and came back a week later with the wrong parts again!I then contacted the CEO office with this via their website, and someone else called me from the President's office. She put in an exchange request as they concluded it wasn't fixable as they don't really make the replacement part needed (e.g. a short cable to the lights). I was told someone would from the Exchange/Refund department would contact me in 24 - 48 hours. After 72 hours I got a email saying the exchange had been approved and after that crickets.And Amazon won't do anything as it is past the 30 day return window.In theory it should be a nice hood. It looks nice but no idea how well it works. I do know the instructions for installing it are awful. Ikea writes better instructions.So at this point I can't recommend Samsung appliances.

Product was not packaged properly which resulted in finding the product slightly damaged when unpacking it.My handyman found it very difficult to install.But overall, I loved the looks of the hood over my stove. Design is very pleasing and simple.
