My grand daughter borrowed my old 1989 chevy one ton garden truck😖 Lost serpentine belt - Her boy friend said it would be ok to drive it 18 miles back home. It has a blown head gasket- Do to the ago of truck all garage shops said scrape it. Installed the Permatex- The old girl is working Just fine. strongly recommend this product

Easy to use. No clogging. Works great. I was seeing a lot of white smoke and having to top off my antifreeze before using it. Now there's no smoke and my antifreeze hasn't had to be topped off since. I wish it was cheaper, but it's a lot cheaper and easier than replacing a head gasket.

Have not tried it yet but being a waterbased coatings chemist I think it may be the best product available to accomplish the job on engines with small head gasket leak. The price is too high thou for the risk!
