I tried it because it also has zinc. It isn’t too thick so it’s easy to apply, and it doesn’t leave a white cast. The color correction is minimal but noticeable, it’s a nice added benefit. Not to mention the price is reasonable. Highly recommend. Review: Favorite Sunscreen Ever - I love that it does not smell or feel like sunscreen. It feels more like a moisturizer/cream. I normally hate the smell and the texture of sunscreens, so this is amazing. It does have a very light white cast but it is so light that it almost looks like I have the Dr. Jart color corrector cream or light make up on. It is not sticky at all, so I love to put it all over my neck. I have been just wearing this sunscreen, put light power makeup and call it a day. It has not made me breakout either like most sunscreens do. My favorite sunscreen ever. I hope they never discontinue!!!

Great sunblock
It’s slightly tinted green, and it does not negatively affect how my makeup sits on top. I love this product. It sits on the skin well. I don’t feel dry or oily with the sunblock. I do not notice any odor.

Great for oily skin
One of the most decent mineral sunscreen, it's great for oily skin it's not totally without white cast but it's not as bad as most brands, I'm enjoying it and until I find another mineral sunscreen that is white cast free and great for oily skin I'll stay with this one

Half the Price of Murad Mattifying SPF. Works Even Better!
I used Murad's Oil and Pore Control Mattifier Broad Spectrum SPF Moisturizer for years. Decided to give this stuff a try after talking to someone at Sephora about it. So glad I did. No more burning eyes, the mineral defense works immediately, and it gives my skin a brighter glow!

Doesn’t look green
I don’t know where this ‘green’ tint is, but it’s certainly not in this sunscreen. I see white when it comes out, and it does leave a white cast, even on pale skin. A white cast doesn’t bother me, though, as it helps tone down my red cheeks. I’ve only been using this for a few days and it doesn’t seem to cause irritation. I will use it for a couple weeks to see how it is longer term. The finish is fine and I like how it spreads and feels on skin.

Elta MD dupe?
Ever since developing sensitivities to sone chemical filters, I’ve been on the hunt for the perfect mineral sunscreen. This isn’t it, but it ties with Elta MD UV recovery (the green one) for best so far. It’s a little thicker than the Elta MD, and the green tint isn’t as strong, but it leaves a very similar, barely noticeable (on my light-to-medium skin) white cast. It starts off scary, because it does NOT look like it’s going to blend in, but it sort of melts into the skin once you really start moving it around. The part I don’t care for is that it still makes my face a little shiny, and when I touch my face, I can feel it (I don’t wear anything on top of it — it might be different if you wear makeup). It definitely stays on top of the skin rather than sinking in like chemical filters do. But I’m still giving it 5 stars because I honestly don’t know if a mineral sunscreen that doesn’t do that even exists. And a5 this price, being every bit as good as the $50 stuff is pretty great.

My go to sunscreen ✨
As a rosacea prone girly I love this sunscreen, I've been using it for a year now and the formula it's so refreshing, moisturizing and light weight for a mineral sunscreen. It has a white cast but it's barley there. It also works great, I live in Costa Rica and the sun it's not a joke there, the whole day under the sun at the beach and my face was fresh as a lettuce, didn't use the same sunscreen for my body tho and I regret it but it pass the ultimate challenge 😂. So yeah, I recommend it. For reference 30 year old - dry skin - light/medium tone
