This brace really helps with stabilizing my lower back. I find the adjustment straps useful to add or reduce the pressure. Sometimes I need a lot of support and sometimes not. It can feel like it is riding high because of a belt on my pants, but I got used to it. My issues are L2-L4. Less leg pains when I use it. I also use it to play golf. I can play just fine. It doesn’t prevent pain from the activity that comes on a few days later, but at least I can play golf.

Husband says it supplies enough support to do the chores he wants to do. However, he can't do them for as long as he'd like because he still has back pain.

This really works. I have lower back pain when carrying my 22 pound baby around and I love to carry him because he won't be a baby much longer but I need to wear this before putting baby in a harness, and the brace gives me the support I need without straining my lower back. It also gently reminds me to engage my core and tighten my stomach muscles, which has really helped with my posture and recovery. Comfortable, supportive, and mom-life approved!

This is the perfect brace for my back it gives me all the support that I need and not only does it help my back it also help in my hip area. I use it for work because I stand on my feet a lot and I do some lifting all throughout the day.
